How does Barca do it? The club was on the verge of bankruptcy yet still bought 6 big name players, is being investigated for corruption due to unexplained payments to the head of the referee’s union, has had one of its first team players relegated to the youth team due to FFP, and despite all of its financial turmoil, it is still in a position to offer to buy one of the highest paid players in world football history.
