Dembele, such an interesting player. Bags of talent. Brain and body disconnect as often as their synchrony.

Thanks. I've seen him a few times with Bayern but not enough to have an opinion on him

Magyars took Frenchie to the OK Corall, all hand to hand, and they gave as much as they got!

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

France could be in trouble with a Germany win of more than 2 goals over Portugal.

When you lack the talent to compete,
When all the quality is on the other side,

You take the opponent to the boxed wood shed, roll up the sleeves, and do it the ol' fashioned way...

And national pride, not Louis Vuitton lethargy. Pure Ward-Gatti, round 9. Barely a known name in their roster and swinging hooks and haymakers gum shield in or out.

Portugal will come out guns blazing on Wednesday. This will be the game of the group. Must win for Portugal. Will give France an opportunity to kill them on the counter. Mbappe step farward.

You know you can never count out those beer quaffers. In fact I hear the problem all along was that their beer supply for the tournament was compromised. That was fixed two days ago, reliable sources tell me.

  They are peaking too early.

What do your sources have on Spain who seem to be trying to do a Portugal 2016?

Probably a narrow win against Slovakia, then a reset for the knockout rounds, even with the Spanish Kane(Morata) leading the line.

With a proper attack minded coach this France would crush every team in the Euros. They should simply adopt a you scre one against us, we score two mentality like the Brazil of old

Chief, the "Brazil of old" surrendered that ancient ideology centuries ago. Brazilians know now that if you score one against Brazil, you will close shop, bring on seven defensive midfielders :rotf: and Brazil will find it impossible to break you down.
