A draw that feels like a loss.

Chelsea should have 10 points deduction.

They let that out while the players are still in season with Chelsea. Same with the Ruediger situation. There is another news out there that Alonso may be heading to Barcelona as well.

No wonder the best defensive team in the league has suddenly become the joke of the season.

The season was over when Lukaka decided to interview and cry.

That was salvageable. Havertz filled in perfectly.

Chelsea needs 4 or 5 points from the remaining 3 games to make top 4. If we can't do that, then maybe 38 games a season would do for now.

Form follows function or so sayeth the 19th century building site Bellerophon. And in ode to the axiom, if a Wembley triumph is said function, then what must become of the form?

There is much debate about what Chelsea must do, what Tuchelian tactical masterstrokes are mandated in order to overcome the chimera that is Liverpool. Chelsea certainly have the players, the pedigree and enough previous on the grandest of stages.

As impervious as they may appear, Liverpool are far from invincible and rather get-at-able if one gets at them.

Won’t write Chelsea off. And certainly not Lukaku in this affair.
