Doku and De Bruyne on, Alvarez and Bobb off presumably. Polygamous Haaland adding more and more misses.

Rock and a hard place. Can’t trust the defence to hold firm, need a second. Go in search of a second and expose the untrustworthies on the counter. If only Erling Nunez had taken one of his earlier 79 chances.

Porto smashing, humiliating and mocking Arsenal just shows you how weak the EPL is. Arsenal has been beating EPL teams like they are thieves. Up and down! Then Arsenal goes to Europe to play Porto and couldnt even get one shot on target. Completely humiliated! Weak league!

Just watched a long-extended highlight of the Porto v Arsenal game and it was NOT a smash and grab. Porto dealt with Arsenal up and down the pitch. Weak league.

Funny enough, when you look at the UEFA coefficient, Italy seems likelier to get the 5th CL spot than England. Why? Italy is a stronger league.

Last time I checked football was a team sport. Can't think of one player that can do everything by themselves, especially strikers. I think it's time for people to just admit that Haaland is a good striker and is on course to go down as one of the best to do it. If it were that simple Gabriel Jesus would have been breaking records left and right when he played for City.

^absolutely. Haaland is tailored made for the Premiership, big, burly, decent on the deck, able-bodied in the air, there is no doubting the pedigree. The question is, do his exploits in the EPL imply a “weakness” of the competition, given his failure to do likewise, to the very same degree, in Austria and Germany?

Casuistry only found in Cyberia. Gen Z conjecture. The countering argument is, armed with one of the Premiership’s greatest playmakers, perhaps one of Europe’s too, Erling’s potential is manifest.

It goes without saying that Haaland will end his tenure as one of the EPL’s finest, thanks to his ability and one of the EPL’s King Assist maker and greatest ever sides.

Chief, that isn't how football works. All this arguing about leagues are strange because different players have different styles that suit different teams, playing styles, etc.

^Couldn’t agree more. Laughter is good for the soul, Indulging the casuistry of Cyberian Gen Zedites, is a good rib tickler.

Haaland is a pedigree. Pure breed. As fearsome and ferocious as they come. At tip of the Mancunian strike force, he’s made all the more leviathan.

Much like Joshua-Ngannou, one of the two (Liverpool, City) will take a biblical flogging on the weekend. Accumulator: Four or more goals, 12 or more corners, 3 yellow cards.
