No place for this in sports. However, that referee that gave Argentina almost 9 mins or whatever it was of extra time in that friendly in Abuja deserved to be punched. I think he was later banned for match fixing.

...I think that president has presided his last football club, plus heavy fines and lawsuit. Hope Turkey people file suits like the USA, so he can pay biggly.
