That said, for a guy not to be paid for 6 months and still able to feed, live and pay his bills, this guy is scheming and stealing at a large scale. At a very large scale.

The senegalese federation should pay him his dues. He won the ANC for Senegal for the first time ever. His salary is clearly justified.
