TOUCH NOT MY ANOINTED...
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding...hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe
Re: Gambia vs Cameroon (2-3)
Wow! Thus Cameroon is on top now, eh?
And the BIBLE says: The race is NOT for the swift, neither is the battle for the strong nor ... but time and chance makes them all.

African teams do not know how to manage games
This continent is in trouble. Serious trouble because it tells me we stand no chance to win a world cup anytime soon

Goodness me. Desperation. Comedy.

Lack of experience. They celebrated like they'd won the world cup and lost focus as a result.green4life wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2024 7:55 pm Wow. What an exhausting end to this game. Sorry Yujam. Your boys almost had it.
Disappointing result because we played well enough to win. But the truth is we lack experience at this stage.

This victory is not good for the future of the Lions. They got lucky, no matter the team they play next they are going home.

i am really worried about African football. Seems every team doesnt know how to control games. Its ridiculous the number of teams that lose leads to easily in this tournament. it makes for good entertainment, but it just tells you how far we are from everywinning the world cup.YUJAM wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2024 7:59 pmLack of experience. Thx bro, though I have already figured it out from Group C's standing and because Rogermilla played 'ojoro' in his answer, we are going to WHOOP Cameroon's behind, badlygreen4life wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2024 7:56 pm2nd’s play each other so it should be Cameroon

Gambia were very impressive. They look like a team that have grown together, the second goal was awesome, but African teams seem to have problems managing leads.

Actually Ghana needed a draw and almost lucked out. I was rooting for Gambia but last, last I a win by any means necessary due to Ghana.danfo driver wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2024 7:35 pmGod forbid! And to confirm the only way Ghana remains is if Cameroon loses?

We shall see. Remember we usually start slow during Afcon group stages. Check our history. I am not saying this team will go any where, but let's not count them out too soon.
