I don't what or why Mali is fighting but they need to fight themselves for failing to take advantage of the one man advantage they had.

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Mali have reduced the pot to burnt bits of rice. Tossers. Going for the 15s. Second all in.

If it goes to pens, going for both goal-scorers to miss.

If neither bet bears dividends. Going for a bottle of Russian Standard, no ice, no mixer.
Put it all on Mali to win on PKs. 4-2.

Exactly. Directing aggression towards the totally wrong target at the totally wrong time. They had all game to show that aggression. SMH!!!

Mali will likely face suspension for harassing the ref. 5 games at least. The guy wanted to beat the ref.

Don't worry. Trust CAF to ban the involved players for attacking the ref in plain sight without fear.

Why! I wanted the Malian to beat the hell out of that referee. These North African referees have shown Nigeria pepper over the years, since I dont want our players to get banned, I needed Mali players to risk their careers and do it

My brother, I dont know what to say anymore. They are going to miss 3 starters in the Semi FInals, but even then, with the luck they have I dont know anymore.

Lets just face our own lane and God willing all will be well for us.
