Lol…Vilda is a moron. All he needed to do was plead the fifth or give a diplomatic response whenever they ask him about the Rubiales situation. The fool opened his mouth and was even caught on camera clapping and applauding to his formers boss’s incoherent speech. Spain's whole federation is under investigation. It's a wonder the whole wahala didn't affect the men at the Euros. It probably affected the women more.
