Post by Rawlings »

Freddy Adu, the former American wonderkid who was once dubbed the 'next Pele' and had a trial at Manchester United, signs for his FIFTEENTH club aged 31 – a Swedish fishing village team called Osterlen FF
  • Freddy Adu was the youngest player to play and score in the MLS aged 14
The prodigy signed for DC United and was first pick in the 2014 MLS Superdraft
His career has spanned 15 clubs across nine countries and two continents
The ex-MLS star has now signed for Osterlen FF who play in a tiny fishing village called Brantevik in southern Sweden which has a population of just 400 people

Adu is from Ghana, why is it a lesson for Nigerians?

BTW I am still not happy that I wasted money to go watch him at the old Mile high stadium in denver when he was still with DC united. I bought the hype, left saying after the game that was an average player I saw today.
Winners do it the right way.
