...a forceful demanding coach wins, and wins it all. Note the demanding is always behind closed doors with his players not gyrating and remonstrating on the sideline for all to see.

The so-called best coaches usually have great talents. No matter how great a coaching mind, without talents, success.
I want to see how great any coach is with the talent of the best Championship team. How about good coaches with great
talents who have not been able to win much? Can we say they are not up to the task?
