horrible players bought . Koulibally and Fofana plus Cucerella are trash
I like Cucerella,80 mil Fofana buy is what baffles me. This is what happens when you have an American running Chelsea.

Roman would have sacked Tuchel by now.

Let me understand this - you sold Tomori, Zouma, Christensen and loaned out Chalobah only to pay 80m for Fofana?

It's not the American. He is backing the coach. So the blame should be Tuchel's. Though I believe the team will still come good.

The delay in identifying fitting players is affecting the team. I am glad they got rid of the old recruiting director.

Chalobah has not been loaned out. Just went down the pecking order because Tuchel won't give him play time.

Are Tomori, Zouma, Christiansen and Chalobah better than Fofana?

Never a dull moment. But it is possible he walked after repeated horrible plays and results.

Is this true?
Report: Edouard Mendy Rejects Initial Contract Offer From Chelsea
However, it seems negotiations have hit a wall after the player turned down Chelsea's initial contract proposal.
According to Standard Sport journalist Nizaar Kinsella, the number 16 was offered inferior terms to his back-up goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, who had negotiated a £190,000-a-week contract before Mendy arrived in 2018.

In fact, the Senegalese is one of the lowest paid players in Tuchel's squad earning around £50,000 per week, despite appearing over 40 times across both of the seasons he has been a blue.

He should improve his performances first. He will get what is due to him.

Mendy is better but since the cup of nations, he has struggled. But still, they need to pay the man well, just like Sadio being paid 150k a week or so a week. Look at Liverpool without their soul, even Salah earning 350k a week only has one goal all season. Some African players are paid less and not fair.
