I don't understand how coaching decision are made by the lower tier teams in the Epl.

A rubbish coach gets fired by a relegation bound team then gets hired by a newly promoted team that's destined to fight a major relegation battle. Its happens all the time.

It's like reading Bigturkey 's last thread and his latest thread.its all rubbish.

We all concluded that it was 20% of a goal hence the 1.2 goals so far.

He didn't really know much about this goal either tbh. Was just in the right place at right time. He missed a similar chance later on.

Is this how he scored all those Bundesliga goals ?

Lol he's average at best, likeable guy but he's not even in our top 5 strikers depth...it's pretty much Osimhen, Sadiq, Moffi, Dessers, and Okereke.

every goal I have seen him score has been a fluke.

The guy is just awkward. He is way down the pecking order IMO. Nothing special about him at all. Just gra gra.
