Pick Your Top 8 Defenders for the AFCON.......

Post by Enugu II »

The team is likely to consist of 8 players slated to be in the defensive position on the squad list for the upcoming AFCON. Thus, select 8 from the list below as your preferred 8.

Any list without Olisa Ndah, Igoh Ogbu and Gab Osho is a waste of time

Be aware that the list is based on those who have been part of the squad in the past year. The only exception is goalkeeper Stanley Nwabili.

Is Tosin eligible? That he publicly declared does not make him eligible. He has to go through the FIFA designated process. Not so?

That’s not an issue as UK allows dual nationality…..

He just needs a proactive coach to speak to him and get the ball rolling…

CB that involves Bassey, Tosin, Akpoguma, Jordan, Ogbo etc….with Semi, Omeruo there as well

Should be a bullish selection for any African team….not us.
