Barca look completely out of ideas. Most of their players have never played at this level before and its showing.

Tactically and in maturity, Inter is superior to Barca.

This Inter has won League titles for fun! They have been to the Cl finals and Semi finals. They have been there and know how to handle this situation. Well deserved!

Barca has talent and if they recruit well this summer, they will return very strongly to be in contention for the CL title.

SOMMER
LAMINE
DUMFRIES
TAKE A FOCKING BOW! what a historic performance! This tie is definitely contender for best CL game in recent history. The future of Barca looks terrifyingly promising with world class talents like Lamine still cooking in the La Masia, they can proudly hold their head high.

I don't think anything about the game showed Barcelona to be tactically inferior. It's a high risk game they play. One has to respect that.
The results prove it in the numbers of chances they create.

But it doesn't mean that they can't improve

Form is temporary; Class is Permanent!
Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Hmm.. might be in his best interest to remain in Italy because if he leaves Italy (Inter), he will be exposed.

I dont rate him highly at all, especially as a defender. Maybe its just me sha.

Its not so much about learning how to defend as it is about being more efficient in what they do. I mean, it took Sommer to win this game.

If your approach to the game is able to create this number of chances, it's more about getting better at what you do.
