I finally had a chance to watch this. It is a 9/10. Excellent documentary featuring interviews with all the key personnel such as Westerhof, Okocha, Amokachi, Amunike, Ikpeba, Babayaro, Dosu et al.

Things I liked:

1) The film 🎥 makers did an excellent job of juxtaposing 1990s Nigerian football against the nuclear hot 🔥 political crisis of the era (June 12 election annulment, military rule, the Abacha regime etc). On that note, getting an interview with Ken Saro-Wiwa's daughter Noo was a great way of adding a human angle.

2) The soundtrack (Fela etc) was excellent.

3) They did a great job of getting rights to video footage from little known games (e.g. Olympic qualifiers).

I wish they had also interviewed some of the squad players whom we rarely hear from (e.g. Lawal, Okechukwu, Fatusi).

A very good documentary which I highly recommend. Available on Amazon Prime.

Haven’t we had more than enough of this ?

"It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the--if he--if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not--that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement....Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true."
