Sign him for 30 MP, consider selling Carzola or even Ozil to fund the move. We have already gotten 2.5 MP for Djorou. Other players that could leave are

Podolski
Vermaelen
Coquelin
You don't have to need good players to sign or keep them - Chelsea heard we signed Ozil & killed the loan deal of Ba to Arsenal - we're rivals & they weren't going to help our cause.
On Arsenal, Arteta & Rosicky in their early 30s are in their last yr; Diaby's as good as not on the roster - Cesc's a proven EPL player, a winner - one that knows what we're trying to achieve - why let him go help the cause of Manu,Liverpool or ManC? It's a no-brainer!!!

Morata coming to Arsenal with a buyback clause 8m euros after 2yrs is an expensive loan deal. as for Eto'o, he wants high wages since he's a free agent!!!
Get Remy,Bony,Vela --we know Campbell will be here - that's enough pace for strikers & wide players!!

I wish Wenger will be bold and sign a real top striker....maybe Mandzukic?
His performance - offensive & defensive vs Real Madrid disqualifies him from being called a 'top' striker - he was pants!!!

Pretty rich coming from a gas bag who wants to sign Eto
Eto is better than that worthless frenchie Giroud. He is also better than Bendtner, and Sirnogoal. The worthless crap we had to put up with last year. Eto will bring vast amount of experience to the club. It is no a brainer singning to me. The fact that Wenger hasn't signed him yet, shows that he has no ambition. He will continue to sign U20 players and continue with propaganda that he is interested in winning trophies, when even a blind man can see through the lies. I am an Arsenal fan, will still be a fan when Wenger leaves.
Comparing them tho is like comparing Villa & Costa - one's a target man & the other isn't!!! Let's see who he signs b4 rants etc.....Eto'o had an ok season, he's a legend but we're seeking hungry strikers hence the rumours about Remy being signed makes sense!!!

Remy is okay, nothing spectacular. Arsenal need an above average striker like Bergkamp, Henry, RVP, Anelka and Kanu. Eto on his day, is an above average striker. He played as the main striker for Barca, Inter, now Chelsea. Signing Eto as a free transfer is a no brainer. He can mentor Yaya Sanago and Akpom for 2 years. We can still go out and sign another prospect.
Winners do it the right way.

Why will Wenger not sign him and give Ozil to Barca. We can swap both players and collect 30m from Barca.

i might be alone on this, but I'm really quite happy reading that Arsenal are not interested in Fabregas. He can go wherever he wants. We shouldnt be buying any player just because we dont want others to buy them. How many of such deals can we stop? We should only buy the players that we need, and Cesc right now is not someone we need. Ramsey is a better option and we are not going to move Ozil on for him. Cesc made his choice to leave Arsenal, so I wish him good luck with his future clubs. We should focus on those who want to be with us. Bring in Joel Campbell, buy Remy & Aurier, buy a CM that can actually defend and is also quick, get a decent PL keeper and we will be set to challenge again next season.

Fabregas is NOT a priority, I agree..........................
We have other areas of need as you have outlined.
However, I am willing to have him back BUT NOT at 30MP.
The price would have to be less to make it worth our while
given that we have a limited amount to spend.

that's why i'm not worried. He will be useless in the hands of enemy of football. Chelsea had Mata. Maureen is planning to ship out Hazard. Fabregas will join Oscar as bit part players who certainly wont play in any big games

that's what will happen to him, and i will have zero sympathy for him. He was said to have gone on strike to force a move to Barca. He went their on a reduced wage. Now they boo him. Serves him right. Bloody ingrate
