Why does he insist on carrying the ball deep into the opponents half. He is a freaking CB!!!
We have been brainwashed by the Premier League that it's the best in the world. Nonsense. It's the best brand
Roy Keane: ITV 02/25/14

He says that we are currently "brainwashed" into believing that the Premier League is the best competition in the world, and that we are now a long way off dominating the Champions League again.

I think Spain’s by far the best league.

Match is too slow paced. The Egyptians have us playing at their tempo.

how many times have we had the ball in the final third?
other than speculative long balls from defence there has been little supply to the sttikers so far.
midfield is being completely bypassed!

Mikel should stop that rubbish of turning his back on the play. He was complaining about someone who didnt run and the Egyptians were attacking

These people have no idea who Egypt are.

You CANNOT be sloppy against Egypt.....that is when they are most dangerous.

Any player that is sloppy should be subbed.
Buhari, whose two terms thankfully ground to a constitutional halt in May. (One thing both democracies have going for them is that their leaders, however bad, have only two terms to swing the wrecking ball.) Under Buhari, growth per head also plunged to 0. An economic agenda drawn from the dusty pages of a 1970s protectionist handbook failed to do the trick. Despite Buhari’s promise to tame terrorism and criminality, violence flourished. Despite his reputation for probity, corruption swirled. FT

Who is that slow LB?

Thanks to Ikeme for saving our blushes.
2 of the finest indigenous coaches Nigeria ever had lost in a space of 4 days. Dear Lord, is this a sign that you are taking away from us what we failed to appreciate? I pray for forgiveness of our sins. I pray for the humility to recognize our wrongs and the humbleness and wisdom to right our ways.

We dodged a bullet with that far post play by the Egyptians. Gotta watch out for those late runs to the far post.
