Got home yesterday evening and my niece was still on a high after watching the game.
I had no idea.
This is great news. And it’s that woman again, Coach Rena Wakama at the helm.

So proud of the girls, despite what they have been putting them through. If they win a medal now, those big bellied old men will be the same ones to run to them

Did anyone notice that not a single member of the Nigeria team sung the national anthem? (because of the new anthem which they do not know)

Embarassing

Ironic that one of the Australian 🇦🇺 players (Ezi Magbegor) that played against Nigeria 🇳🇬 was a Nigerian born in New Zealand to Nigerian parents! She is eligible to play for Nigeria as well.

Ezinne Kalu is ace. She is the women's basketball 🏀 equivalent of Jay Jay Okocha.

Massive win! Kalu and Amukamara providing solid experience.

My free preview on the NBC app expired with France leading 32-27 and Nigeria headed to the free throw line for an extra point attempt with under 5 minutes remaining in the first half. Good luck to D’Tigress❗️

If you ave Youtube TV, you can watch it.
"History shows that this club has had very few strikers like him. I do not know if there has ever been anyone like him before. What I do know is that Barcelona should erect a statue for him. Samuel was a fundamental player here in recent years and was key to all of the titles that the team won."
