Amorim has coached a very good game. Unfortunately, his tools arent good. They MUST go into the market this January and again in the summer to clear out the trash. With a top striker, they would have scored 2 goals in the first half.

Were the Liverpool fans singing “you black b*stard” in unison at Onana prior to the penalty?

Should’ve saved it in fairness, solid pair of hands. Needs to do some wrist curls to address the weakness. That being said, rewind the game to Onana trying to put off the penalty taker, very, very suspicious sounds coming from the Liverpool crowd.

Zirkzee was offside. Goal wouldn’t have counted had Maguire scored. A very, very ordinary Man United with inferior players, completely out-foxed Liverpool. At Anfield. Slot well and truly lost the tactical battle. The weakness of Liverpool’s right flank was frightening. Salah given carte blanche to not bother defensively and Trent can’t defend.

Will be interesting to see them up against a side with genuine width and half decent wide men.

What’s happened to Andy Robertson, once so reliable? Needless fouls, needless concession of possession.

Liverpool have the firepower and will outscore their way to title but they are far from invincibles. Far!

The highlighted is the only sensible thing you've said here.

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

@Tx, take a day or two, three if needed. Emotion running high and clearly clouding your objectivity. In the post-match presser, Slot conceded United were not as they expected. Referencing the number of long passes played by Onana and their approach play. Though, he was of the opinion “Liverpool were in control”, of his own volition, he wasn’t prepared for the number of long passes and other aspects of their approach. Would imagine, from a Tx’ian viewpoint, Alex-Arnold had a flawless shift?

6 point lead is still a tremendous advantage. Enjoy the point.

Liverpool have a habit of leaving several Ekene Dili Chukwu size busloads of space on their flanks when they play. Yet they have played all teams in the PL and have not really been punished for that nonsense. Shebi they have Nottingham away soon. Let us see what kind of sentence the Sheriff pronounces.

That and his comments about Robertson. You're more forgiving with Robbo than I am. IMO, he was poor once again. It looked like Tsimikas was going to come on for him just before Cody's equaliser.

Robbo's been off his usual standards. But he was not the issue today

This could be a turning point for us. The way everyone showed the drive to play and stay alert was something the team should take into all future games. This draw is better than the win against City.

No! There have been so many false dawn “turning points” in the past such as:

Beating PSG in their Neymar, Mbappe, and Messi days and knocking them out of the Champions League - twice

Beating Man City away 2 weeks ago

Knocking Liverpool out of the FA Cup last season

Winning the Europa League, FA Cup, and League Cup

Ole going an entire season unbeaten away

Ole beating Man City 3 times in one season
