2 of the finest indigenous coaches Nigeria ever had lost in a space of 4 days. Dear Lord, is this a sign that you are taking away from us what we failed to appreciate? I pray for forgiveness of our sins. I pray for the humility to recognize our wrongs and the humbleness and wisdom to right our ways.

Chief, take it easy. Consider what the team is facing. No first choice CBs, an 18 year midfielder playing as a CB, first choice keeper unavailable until March, virtually same players playing every 3 to 4 days due to injury to about 10 players. It is going to rough before it gets better.

@IAG, much like the Mancunians, Spurs are paying the price of a short squad and an underdeveloped reserve team. Once seen as laughable, the Chelsea stockpiling will soon be seen as the way. Too much competitive football (from a player’s perspective), not nearly enough opportunities to play a bunch of yahoos.

Even at international level, the advent of the Nation’s League has made no game a friendly. Points win prizes. Expect the summer window to see mass recruitment from most. The squad of 18 will be talk of yesteryear. To compete, one will need solid competition in each position and decent backup to the first and second choice.

Spurs will need European football next season to aid the cash flow, without it, they’ll slide further down the drainpipe.

Odds on Big Ange tumbling, Edin Terzic leading the race. Should it materialise, has Ange been hard done by?

Your club was just slapped around like a $2 ho at home. Perhaps you should take some time off.

Ermm…such simplicity in the reply and complexity in its translation. The initial question was asked well in advance of today's tie and still stands. Is Postecoglu right to be under pressure or given circumstances, has he been unfairly criticised?

With Maresca dropping points and City’s “Wingers” doing the Adama Traore, it’s no surprise Cyberia’s very own flip flopping Bobrisky is sliding into Roxanne’s red dress to strut like an antelope in front of Ange for the evening. All curses tucked into the bottom of the clutch bag.

Coaching, there’s no reason for Ange to be under pressure. Yes results haven’t gone our way in recent times but objectively it is not for lack of trying. The media may rile up and say all the nonsense they want as they have to have an agenda to push but the reality is Tottenham has been dealt a cruel hand far more than it deserves. Imagine having both your first choice CDs out for most of the season so far, your first keeper out for months, and not having a settled midfield due to injuries and suspension. In their place having to rely on a keeper who is fast approaching retirement, an 18 year old midfielder playing as LCB, a right back forced to play LB, an 18 year old who has to learn through by baptism by fire. On the short run it is terrible but you know, it is going to pay off on the long run… hopefully.
